Replacement Eligibility

We offer a 7-day replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Minor color/design variations

  • Change of mind after delivery

Replacement Process

  • Once verified, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
