• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

• Mention your Order ID in the request

COD Orders

• COD orders that are refused at delivery may lead to COD restriction on future orders

Hellboy reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
