At Hellboy, refunds are handled fairly and transparently.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The issue is verified by our support team

Important Conditions

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

❌ Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Cash on Delivery orders (replacement only)

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Misuse or physical damage by the customer
